Read "The colonial heritage in Africa" and prepare for a quiz either Thursday (B) or Friday (A). You should focus on how the legacy is framed in as both positive and negative, as well as what elements of the legacy were intentional and which were unintentional.

US History - F Block
Take notes on pages 404-406 (through the few sentences on the top of the page). There will be an oral quiz for where I will ask questions about the section to 3 people in the class - if they get the answers right, everyone will receive a 5/5 on a quiz. If one person gets it wrong, we will have an open note quiz on the section. You will be allowed to have 2 lifelines during the oral part of the quiz.
