History Homework - 10/24

Due Monday:  Read "What Jefferson helps to explain" and prepare for a 3-question quiz.  You should be able to identify the arguments that are presented that make the case for why Thomas Jefferson should be included or excluded from the Pantheon of American heroes.  Focus, as well, as to what could be learned from the evolution of both the "civic religion" and interpretations of the Christian faith.
