World History II(H) - A / B Blocks

Read Chapter 23.3 and answer the following questions:
1)  Explain how Napoleon's domestic policies (government actions inside of France) both supported and contradicted the Enlightenment-influenced goals of the French Revolution.

2)  Explain the successes and failures, by 1807, of Napoleon's attempts to build an empire outside of France.

History Day:  Revised thesis statement & 10 burning questions.  If working in a group, group's only need one thesis and one set of questions.  When considering the questions that people might have about your project, tell people (family, friends, strangers) what your project is about and ask what kinds of questions that they might expect a project like that to answer.  If you have the answers already, write down the card # that it can be found on.  If you don't have an answer, write down how you might be able to find it.  As far as the 5 questions that you need for your thesis - if you don't have answers, either explain how that answer would help develop your thesis and/or where you might be able to find that information.

Also, you have 30 notecards and 3 sources due on Wednesday, 11/25.  In order to avoid a time crunch, I suggest you chip away at those a little at a time so you are not rushing them on the 24th.
