Read the excerpts from Debs & Schenck protesting the war and fill in the Graphic Organizer. Read the Sedition Act and answer the questions on the Document C worksheet.
Read the decision made by Oliver Wendell Holmes (Document D) and summarize his position on free speech during war. You can label your answer as #4 on the bottom of the Document C worksheet.
