If you are interested in creating slides for note-taking, you can download the 4 types of slides that you would use here:

Once you do that, you can download it as a Powerpoint in order to use it. You should use a different slide for each different source / source type that you use. If you use 2 books, make sure you copy the book slide so that you have that information specifically for that book. (You won't be able to fill in the slides in Google Slides, as they will be "View Only")
Also, if you want to use the hand-outs that Ms. Marino talked about in class today, you can follow this link to Ms. Costas's website and download the forms from there - they are under the heading "Note-taking" - there are 4 different sheets under that heading. Download them as Word documents onto your computer and you can type your notes in there. Again, you will need one sheet for every different source you use.
