Due Monday: Create a list of the 5 most important events in the Revolution from 1789 (the beginning of the Revolution) - 1799 (Napoleon's overthrow of the Directory) and 1800 (Napoleon becomes 1st Consul for life) - 1815 (Battle of Waterloo and Napoleon being sent to St. Helena). You should include a couple sentences for each as to why they are on your list.

- What is the significance of Napoleon being crowned Emperor?
