World History II(H) - B / G Blocks
For Thursday (B) / Friday (G) - Read "The Federalist #10" in its entirety. As you read it, you are responsible for the "odd" terms (1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11) if you are at the right side of the table and the "even" terms (2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12) if you are on the left side of the table. You should try to summarize the ideas in the statement - what are they saying about the ideas about why a "federal" government is needed and what it will do to address "factions". If you cannot summarize the ideas after two or three attempts at reading it, write a question or two about the passage - what is giving you difficulty in understanding it? There is no penalty for not being able to summarize, but I would like to see the kind of questions you can develop.
